Greg Silvestri is the Vice President of Service and Aftersale Operations for Kia America which includes the areas of customer experience, service & parts marketing, parts operations, warranty, consumer affairs and training.  He has 38 years of automotive experience having worked in various roles at Mazda North America for 20 years prior to joining Kia in 2004 as Director, Regional Operations in the Western Region.  His tenure the Service Department at Kia began in 2008. 

Greg attended Northern Illinois University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business education.
