2020 NIRO PHEV OVERVIEW
The 2020 Niro Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle (PHEV) received several exterior enhancements for its 2020 mid-cycle refresh, including a redesigned front and rear fascias, a new diamond-pattern grille and dual chevron-shaped LED daytime running lights, new fog lamps, and updated projector-type headlights. The rear faux skid plate is wider and more pronounced, the rear LED combination lights have more technological appeal than previous, and there is a new 16-inch alloy wheel design.
The new entry-point LXS trim features standard Forward Collision Avoidance and Blind Spot Collision Warning. The EX trim is geared toward tech-savvy buyers with standard features including: Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go, steering wheel-mounted paddle controls (for shifting in Sport mode, and regen braking in Eco mode), new 7-inch LCD instrument cluster, wireless phone charger, cloth and leather seating with heated front seats, and 10-way power driver’s seat. The EX Premium trim adds standard sunroof and a new 10.25-inch touchscreen display.
