2020 OPTIMA PLUG-IN HYBRID OVERVIEW

The 2020 Optima Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) enters its fourth model year with several new standard technology features and model enhancements, such as smartphone wireless charging1. Also standard are nine Kia Drive Wise driver assistance and convenience technologies2, including Forward Collision Warning, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist-Pedestrian, Lane Keeping Assist and Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go. The Optima PHEV continues to offer Kia’s suite of embedded telematics features, now called UVO link3, which enables features such as Find My Car, remote lock/unlock and remote vehicle climate control4. For 2020, Kia will offer the Optima PHEV in EX trim. An available Technology Package includes: 10-way power front passenger's seat; ambient lighting with variable colors; LED headlights with Low Beam Assist-Dynamic; LED fog lights; panoramic  sunroof; and ventilated front seats.

With an all-electric range of up to an estimated 28 miles5 and a total range rating of up to an estimated 630 miles6, Optima PHEV offers the ability for owners to complete a portion of their driving on electric power, but also the option of taking longer road trips.
