Kia Motors America Statement on Announcement of Media Buying Agency Canvas Worldwide

August 17, 2015 - Today, Innocean Worldwide, the parent company of Kia Motors America’s (KMA) media management agency, Innocean Americas, has announced a new joint venture with Horizon Media, forming Canvas Worldwide, a media agency network. KMA will begin using the services of Canvas Worldwide for its media buying activities effective January 1, 2016.


Kia is one of the world’s fastest moving global automotive brands, and as the media landscape continues to rapidly evolve, we look forward to harnessing the power and ingenuity of the newly created Canvas Worldwide. As an outgrowth of Horizon Media, the largest independent media agency in the world, Canvas brings a fresh, unfettered perspective and a pioneering, data-driven approach that will help maximize the reach and impact of KMA’s marketing communications.
